At NP Sutra, we aim to deliver your embroidered apparel swiftly and securely. Please read the details below to understand how we process, ship, and track your order.

 

 

1. Order Processing.

  • Processing Time: All orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Custom & Embroidered Items: If your order includes special designs or pre‑order items, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for production.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Available automatically on orders that meet our free‑shipping threshold (you’ll see this at checkout).
  • Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days from dispatch. Actual transit may vary by location and courier.

Note: Exact shipping charges and any free‑shipping minimums are always shown to you before you complete your purchase.

3. Carrier & Tracking

  • We partner with Shiprocket, which assigns the best courier (Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, etc.) based on your pincode and order weight.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive your tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp or Email  with a tracking link.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
  • Some remote pincodes or P.O. boxes may experience longer delivery times; we’ll notify you if there’s any delay.

5. Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged, please get in touch using the contact details listed at the end of this page within 5 days of delivery.
  • We’ll file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund once the investigation concludes.

6. International Shipping

Not available at this time. We’re working on expanding our reach and will update this policy when we begin shipping globally.
