Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At NP Sutra, we want you to love every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via WhatsApp: +91 8186838735support@np-sutra.com , or a phone call +91 8186838735 , quoting your order number and reason, and attaching clear photos of the item with all original tags intact.

 

1. Eligibility

  • We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective on arrival.
  • Change of mind or sizing preference is not accepted as a reason for return.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • All labels and tags must remain attached and untorn.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

 

1. Please check the size carefully

  • Our tees are intentionally oversized. Please choose the size that fits you before ordering — check the size guide on the product page. Exchanges due to choosing the wrong size are not guaranteed and may take long time to exchange if approved and will be subject to the inspection and stock availability rules below.

 

2. How to Request

  • Get in touch within 5 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos.
  • Wait for our approval—once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether to proceed.


3. Return Collection (Company‑Arranged)

  • After your request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup via our delivery partner.
  • You don’t need to ship the item yourself—our team will notify the courier to collect the package from your address
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged and tags are intact before pickup.

 

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it for wear, damage, and tag compliance.
  • If it meets our policy, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.

 

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection.
  • It may take an additional 5–7 banking working days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

 

6. Exchanges

  • When you contact us, state your preferred replacement (size and/or style) and attach clear photos of the item.
  • Exchanges may not be guaranteed for reasons such as change of mind or choosing the wrong size. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and a final inspection.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to qualify for an exchange.
  • Exchanges will only be processed and shipped after the original item passes inspection for defects, wear, and tag compliance.
  • If your exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement free of charge.
  • Exchanges typically take at least 13–16 days from approval to completion (this includes pickup, inspection, processing, and shipment of the replacement).

 

7. What If Inspection Fails?

  • If the item shows signs of wear, missing tags, or damage, we will return it to you at no extra cost, and no refund will be issued.
